Pay Scale or Remuneration for the Post of Tripura Institution For Transformation (TIFT), Recruitment

Job Role

Maintain coordination between the GA (Good Governance) Department, LKIs, and NITI Aayog.
Assist TIFT in achieving its objectives by collaborating with NITI Aayog and LKIs.
Poals to align with State Vision@2047.
Evaluate and improve existing strategies and systems to enhance the socio-economic condition of Tripura.
Draft policy briefs, presentations, and other key documents.
Coordinate with development partners and relevant technical agencies.
Strengthen horizontal and vertical coordination within the government.
Assist in enhancing the state’s innovation and monitoring & evaluation ecosystems.
Facilitate cross-learning platforms and document TIFT’s activities.
Prepare state, regional, and sectoral reports regularly.
Update progress using the NITI Aayog dashboard/portal.
Plan and organize workshops and events related to TIFT, including preparation of inputs.
The position requires the individual to be based in Agartala.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the team leader or GA (good governance) department.

Skills Required for the Post of Tripura Institution For Transformation (TIFT), Recruitment

Proficiency in stakeholder management and Human Resource Management.
Knowledge of IT-enabled work systems.
Experience in drafting reports and reviewing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs).
Prior experience with Government, UN agencies, or international organizations is preferred.
Familiarity with National/State planning processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in conducting research and preparing policy briefs.

Eligibility for the Post of Tripura Institution For Transformation (TIFT), Recruitment

Essential Educational Qualifications for TIFT Positions:	Agriculture & Allied Sectors Expert (Plant-based): B. Tech or M.Sc in Horticulture or Agriculture.
	Social Sector (Health Sector): Master’s in Public System Management (Healthcare & Hospital Management) or MBA in Healthcare and Hospital Management.
	Animal Husbandry Expert: Bachelor of Veterinary Science (B.V. Sc).
	Industry & Trade Expert: MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management, with specialization in Trade and/or Industry.
	Environment & Natural Resources Expert: Master’s in Environmental Science, B. Tech in Environmental Engineering, Biotechnology, Forestry, or MBA in Environment Management.
	Technology & Entrepreneurship Expert: B. Tech (preferably IT/CSE) with Full-time MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management.

Experience	Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the specified sector. Preference for candidates with experience in sector-specific program implementation. Demonstrated experience in leading teams, managing projects, and conducting stakeholder engagement. Internship/training experience will not be considered. PhD holders with at least five published papers in renowned journals will be considered equivalent to the required work experience

Language Requirements

Excellent verbal and written English skills are essential.
Preference will be given to candidates with State-specific language skills.
Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
